Terms
Short version: use it to run your guild, be decent to the people in it, and don't rely on it for anything you can't afford to lose.

What Guild Golem is
Guild Golem is a fan-made companion site for World of Warcraft: Forever, built and run by one developer. Using the site means agreeing to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
It costs nothing to use and shows no ads. Supporting it is a gift toward what it costs to run: it buys no feature, rank or priority, for you or your guild.
Your account
You sign in with Discord, so Discord’s own terms and age rules apply to you here too. What happens under your account is yours to answer for. You can delete it at any time in Account settings; Privacy says exactly what is stored and what a guild keeps afterwards.
What you put here
Guild names and listings, notes, strategies, applications, feedback and the reports you share stay yours. Putting them on Guild Golem lets the site store them and show them to the people each page says can see them, and nobody else.
Don’t post:
- what isn’t yours to share, or someone else’s private information;
- harassment, hate or threats, in a guild’s name, a listing, a note or anywhere else;
- anything illegal, or a name that passes you off as someone you aren’t.
A shared report holds the character names a combat log recorded, including people who aren’t on Guild Golem. Share reports with the people who raided, not to single someone out.
Guilds
A guild is run by its leader and the officers the leader appoints. They decide who is in it, what each rank can see, how loot and points are kept, and what its listing says, and they can remove members and what members put there. Guild Golem doesn’t referee a guild’s decisions: who got an item, who sat out, who was removed.
A listing in the guild finder is public. Anyone can report one from its page, and a listing that misleads or abuses is taken down.
Using the site fairly
- Don’t try to reach pages or data that aren’t yours to see.
- Don’t overload the site, probe it for weaknesses without asking first, or get in the way of other people using it.
- Don’t make accounts by script, or copy the site’s data in bulk. A link you share is yours to share; the whole site isn’t.
Found a security problem? Please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us time to fix it.
When something breaks these terms
We can remove content, take down a listing, or close an account that breaks them, and we’ll say why where we can. If we got it wrong, write to us and we’ll look again.
Blizzard
World of Warcraft and WoW Forever are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, and the game’s data and art shown here are Blizzard’s. Guild Golem is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard, and is kept within Blizzard’s rules for fan sites: it sells nothing and gates nothing. The credits name everyone else whose work it builds on.
What isn't promised
Guild Golem is offered as it is. Game data can be out of date or wrong, a sim is a model and its numbers are estimates, and the site can be slow, down, or changed without warning. As far as the law allows, the developer isn’t responsible for what using it costs you: a missed raid, a wrong number, lost data. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose; loot history, points and priorities download as CSV for that.
Changes, and reaching us
These terms can change as the site does. The date at the top says when they last did, and What’s new says so when the change matters. Carrying on using the site after a change means accepting it.
